When Can You Return a Product?
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
• The product arrived damaged during delivery
• The product is defective or not functioning as described
• You received a wrong or incorrect item
Time Limit for Return Requests
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be entertained. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
Conditions for a Valid Return
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item are required
• Food items (honey, dry fruits, etc.) are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or were incorrectly sent
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or opened products
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
• Sale or discounted items (unless they arrived damaged or incorrect)
Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed. Here is what to expect:
• Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days of approval
• Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit
• You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Chitral Hive will cover all return shipping costs
• If the return is due to any other reason, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility
