Sourced from hives kept in Chitral's alpine meadows above 2,000 m, where bees forage on wild thyme, clover, phacelia, and dozens of Himalayan wildflowers with no access to commercial crops or pesticides. Each batch is cold-extracted and minimally filtered to preserve pollen, enzymes, and natural antioxidants. No heat treatment, no added sugar. Key characteristics: deep amber colour, complex floral-herbal aroma, slow crystallisation (a sign of high pollen and natural enzyme content), and a Brix reading of 80–82° (indicating low moisture and strong preservation). Tested free of adulteration. Traditional uses in Chitrali medicine: mixed with warm water and lemon for sore throats, applied topically on minor wounds, taken with black seed (kalonji) as a daily tonic.
